ArNy Coatings is a concrete coating contractor based in Mississauga, Ontario, serving homeowners and businesses across Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan and the wider Greater Toronto Area. We run on a simple principle: the person who quotes your floor is the same person who diamond-grinds it, coats it and hands you the written warranty.
We install one-day UV-stable polyaspartic flake floors, hand-poured metallic epoxy, solid-colour coatings, polished concrete, grind and seal, self-levelling urethane cement, and quartz and novolac systems for chemical resistance. Every project starts with Husqvarna planetary diamond grinding, concrete repair and moisture testing, so the coating bonds into the slab instead of peeling under hot tires or road salt.

Polyaspartic flake
A pigmented base, a full broadcast of decorative flake and a clear polyaspartic topcoat, installed in one day. UV-stable, hot-tire rated and textured underfoot.

How do you pronounce ArNy?
It’s pronounced “Are-Nai”, not “Arnie”.
How much does an epoxy or polyaspartic floor cost in the GTA?
It depends on the system, the size of the slab, its condition and how much prep and repair it needs. We measure on site, test the concrete and give you a written quote. There’s no obligation and no charge for the visit.
How long does a garage floor take?
Our polyaspartic flake garage floors are installed in one day. You can walk on the floor within hours and park on it after 48 hours. Epoxy systems take 2 to 3 days because each coat cures more slowly.
Will it hold up to Canadian winters, road salt and hot tires?
Yes. The clear polyaspartic topcoat we use in garages is UV-stable and rated for hot tires, and it handles salt and freeze-thaw. That’s the system our written 5-year garage warranty covers.
Do you do commercial and industrial floors?

What makes a floor coating last?
Preparation. We diamond-grind every slab, repair cracks and joints, and moisture-test before coating, so the system bonds into the concrete instead of sitting on a sealed surface that peels.
Is there a warranty?
Polyaspartic garage floors come with a written 5-year warranty. We walk you through what it covers before you book, and hand it over when the floor is finished.
