Epoxy & polyaspartic floors in Mississauga
ArNy is based in Mississauga, so most of our floors are a short drive from the shop. Garages, basements, storefronts and industrial units across the city, with every slab diamond-ground and moisture-tested first.
What we see on Mississauga floors
Builder slabs in newer neighbourhoods
Homes in Churchill Meadows, Meadowvale and Erin Mills often have smooth, sealed garage slabs from the builder. Coatings won’t bond to that. We grind it off first.
Basements near the lake
Older homes in Port Credit, Lorne Park and Clarkson can carry more moisture in the slab. We test every basement before we recommend a system.
Plazas and industrial units
Mississauga has a lot of plaza retail and light industrial space. We schedule commercial work after hours so you can keep operating.

“He completed the epoxy flooring in three rooms in our rental property’s basement, and we were very pleased with the results. Sameer demonstrated great professionalism and attention to detail, thoroughly preparing the concrete, repairing cracks, and applying a moisture-vapour barrier, epoxy coating and protective topcoat. … It’s refreshing to find a contractor who genuinely cares about quality, customer service and integrity.”
